For heavily weathered, grey, or black teak, simply apply the Teak Cleaner & Brightener directly onto dry wood. Spread the product evenly using a stiff bristle cleaning brush or a STAR BRITE Medium Scrub Pad. Let the Teak Cleaner & Brightener sit on the surface for roughly two to three minutes before scrubbing. Remember to scrub in the direction of the wood grain to ensure a thorough cleaning before rinsing the wood thoroughly with fresh water. In cases of severely dirty or stained wood, a second application and the use of the STAR BRITE Stainless Steel Teak Scrub Pad may be necessary.
